Just over a year ago I joined Forma Fitness, I was almost 50 yrs old, overweight, had high blood pressure, was a type 2 diabetic and had bad arthritic knees. Mom & Baby Classes
These classes follow the same format as our traditional group training sessions. However, they are specifically targeted to new moms and focus on postpartum weaknesses. Open to new moms and non-mobile babies, this class will provide a stimulating and social environment for your baby, while you have the opportunity to workout without having to pay for childcare. This is a great way to meet new moms while getting into shape and having fun.
There is no need to feel intimidated or nervous for your first class. We begin each class with a 5 minute explanation of the workout. The trainer is available during the entire class for any questions, to provide modifications and for support that may be needed. The unique style of our workouts allows you to set your own pace and is encouraging for everyone to participate regardless of your fitness level.
