Group Fitness Classes For Every Fitness Level
All of our group training classes consist of strength training and a HIIT workout. Rather than running on a treadmill or spinning on a stationary bike for an hour, interval training maximizes calorie burn while building lean muscle mass. Every HIIT workout is unique and will have a variety of full body movements. This is where the trainers use their creativity and expertise to keep the group fitness classes fresh, fun and challenging for everyone.

Group Fitness Classes You Will Look Forward To
With our group training classes, all you have to do is sign up and show up. We formulate the workouts, walk you through every exercise and motivate you to push past your limits. Our 60-minute classes of 30 minutes strength and 30 minutes sweat are designed to maximize calories burned, improve mobility, increase your lean muscle mass, build strength and get you toned. Getting in shape has never been easier or more fun!

I have been at Forma for about 7 months and have seen amazing results towards my goal of losing weight for my upcoming wedding (I am at 45 lbs lost!).
