Having a new baby doesn’t have to take away from your workouts! We offer group training classes where your baby is welcome to join in on the fun.

Postpartum Recovery

Recovering from pregnancy can be a challenging and emotional time. Our mom and baby class is designed to strengthen the body with an emphasis on improving postpartum weaknesses.

Mom and Baby Workouts

Our Mom and Baby fitness classes follow a similar format to our traditional group classes. With a strong focus on core work in each section, new moms can expect 30 minutes of strength training followed by 30 minutes of cardio training (HIIT). In order to provide proper support and instruction, these classes are capped at 8 moms. Along with a large training floor, we have an upstairs area that is comfortable and available if you and your baby need a quiet space. Tackle a workout and socialize without the stress or cost of childcare. Does it get much better than this?
